With 15 years both agency/client-side, Chris leads management consulting, business strategy, mixed-methods research, and design thinking. He has done respected work for Sony Pictures, Apple, Netflix, StubHub, PayPal, Allstate, Financial Engines, and RingCentral.

With 25 years both agency and client-side, Michael consults on experiment design, segmentation, and rigorous evaluative. He’s done successful research for Avaya, GE, Reuters, Ralph Lauren, Adidas, MLB, NFL, NASCAR, PBS, GSK, BMS, and Pfizer. He co-authored the Houghton-Mifflin textbook “Creating Websites that Work” with Dr. Kathryn Summers.

Dr. Kathryn Summers

Dr. Kathryn Summers is a professor in the Division of Science, Information Arts and Technologies at the University of Baltimore. Her research focuses on making voting activities and online information more usable. She’s done private sector consulting for Nielsen Norman Group, Pfizer, the US Treasury, Levi’s, PBS, and Financial Engines.

Susan Phillips

With 18 years on both agency/client sides, Susan leads mixed-methods research, strategy, and panel construction. She’s done respected work for Microsoft, Toyota, Ford Motor, Dell, Meta, Walmart, Honeywell, HP, Samsung, Roku, Hersheys, StubHub, Harris, Honda Motor, Expedia, AWS, FedEx, and Gatorade.

Phontaine Judd

With 15 years both agency & client-side, Phontaine leads qualitative research and video storytelling. He's done research work for Vanguard, PayPal, RingCentral, and eBay. He's done production for The Biggest Loser - NBC, For Love or Money - NBC, American Chopper - TLC, American Hot Rod - Discovery, Dirty Jobs - Discovery, Top Shot - History, House Crashers - HGTV, and Ghost Hunters Academy - SYFY.
